多数学校要求国际生入学前确认健康保险（校内计划或批准的豁免）。本帖只列「可核验字段」，方便你对照学校 International / Student Health 页当日说明，不构成投保或医疗建议。
【建议先建一行字段（一校一行）】
1. 学校保险门户 URL + 查阅日期
2. 是否强制购买校内计划：是 / 否 / 可豁免（以门户原文为准）
3. 豁免截止日与生效学期（Fall/Spring + 年份）
4. 豁免需上传材料类型：保单摘要 / 英文证明 / 最低保额表（只记类型，勿贴敏感号）
5. 最低保障核对项：门诊/急诊/住院/遣返或 evacuation（对照学校清单勾选）
6. 保险卡领取方式：电子卡 / 实体卡 / 学生门户下载
7. 校内诊所或紧急联系入口（公开页链接）
8. 与签证/I-20 无关说明：保险≠移民身份证明（勿混用材料）
9. 状态：未开始 / 材料齐 / 已提交 / 已确认；记确认截图存放位置（本地文件夹名即可）

- 承诺「某保险一定被学校接受」或代写豁免理由
- 在公开帖粘贴保单号、SSN、完整医疗记录
- 把社区经验当成学校书面政策
